StableWP is a monthly marketing concierge service to provide small business owners with graphic & web design, technical website support and digital marketing services.

This website is owned and operated by StableWP. By accessing and/or using this website and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy (Terms). You should review our Privacy Policy and these Terms carefully and immediately cease using our website if you do not agree to these Terms.

In this Terms, ‘us’ ‘we’ or ‘our’ means StableWP.

1. Registration

You must be a registered member to make orders and access some features of our website.

You will provide us with personal information including your name, address, and a valid email address. You must ensure this information is accurate and current. We will handle all personal information we collect in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

When you register and activate your account, we will provide you with a username and password. You are responsible for keeping this username and password secure and are responsible for all use and activity carried out under this username.

To create an account, you must be:

  • at least 18 years of age;
  • possess the legal right and ability to enter into a legally binding agreement with us; and
  • agree and warrant to use the website in accordance with these Terms.

4. Promotions and competitions

For certain campaigns, promotions or contests, additional terms and conditions may apply. If you want to participate in such a campaign, promotion or contest, you need to agree to the relevant terms and conditions applicable to that campaign, promotion or contest. In case of any inconsistency between such terms and conditions and these Terms, those terms and conditions will prevail.

5. Purchases

A. Placing Orders

To place an order on our website, simply select a plan on our pricing page and click the “request an invite” button. You will then be asked to leave some general contact information about your company.

As soon as your request is approved, we will contact you via email and send you a link to the order page.

You will have an opportunity to review your complete order before you submit your purchase.

B. Order Confirmation

Once you have placed an order you will be redirected to the purchase confirmation page from where you can access your invoice and get notified of the next steps.

You will automatically receive three emails:

  1. Purchase confirmation email
  2. Email with login details to access your order information and invoice
  3. Welcome email with instructions how to request your first task

C. Pricing Policy

All prices listed on our website are in CAD dollars and include HST where applicable.

We reserve the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a service subscription without prior notice or consent. Prices of all services are subject to change without prior notice or consent.

D. Payment methods and security

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) through Paypal (our secure payment gateway). Your credit card details are stored and encrypted by Paypal, a leading payment gateway for online payments with a stellar record for high security, We never have access to these details. Paypal is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification.

Based on the service plan ordered, we charge on a monthly basis.

E. Deliveries

Based on your task request we will deliver designs in a digital format (e.g. pdf, word file, psd) or in form of a service which can vary from technical online work to marketing tool setups.

F. Money Back Guarantee

With all our service plans, we try our best, to not only fulfill your expectations, but also to surpass them. But in case we fail to deliver satisfactory services to you, you can avail a 100% refund on the charges you paid within the first 15 days.

If you are not happy with the service or the final product, we will not charge you anything. You can avail a 100% refund under the following cases:

  • If you are not happy with the service, you will be required to give our team member two chances of revisions. Sometimes there is a miscommunication about the customers needs and wants, but our marketers are always happy to adjust the service based on your individual expectations.
  • If you are not satisfied with our service, you will be required to provide us with valid reasons for your displeasure with the final product.*
  • If the order has not been completed according to the specifications. This could include the quality standard that was promised or even the expected timeline of the same or any other such similar reasons.*

*You would lose the copyright of the final product (design) and you would be requested to not use it for any official or non-official purposes.

G. Refund Policy

In general, there are two occasions on, which you can avail a refund:

Order Cancellation:

The cancellation of the order might happen either from the side of the customer or StableWP. This would be possible only before the work on the order has been initiated. For any such cancellations, the entire amount shall be refunded as the order has been voided. While no cancellation fees would be charged by us for any such cancellations, the release of the payment will only happen at the concerned bank’s discretion.

Refund Under 100% Money Back Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with what was offered to you by us, you can avail a complete refund of the amount that was charged to you in the first 15 days after the order. All you need to do is send us an email with this regard, along with the valid reason for discontentment with the final product.

You shall, then be reimbursed the amount that was charged. This amount will be deposited to your bank account.

6. Linked sites

Our website may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Those links are provided for convenience and may not remain current or be maintained. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not endorse and are not responsible for the content on those linked websites and have no control over or rights in those linked websites.

7. Intellectual property rights

Unless otherwise indicated, we own or license from third parties all rights, title and interest (including copyright, designs, patents, trademarks and other intellectual property rights) in this website and in all of the material (including all text, graphics, logos, audio and software) made available on this website (Content).

However, we do grant you a license to access the website and view the Content on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement and, where applicable, as expressly authorised by us and/or our third party licensors.
